I'm bullish about real estate, especially in Marin County-one of the most spectacular places on Earth (now there's where #1 is significant!). For those of you who have yet to discover Marin, you are going to love it here! I'm a transplant from New York who dreamed as a little girl about coming to San Francisco.
For over 20+ years, in one way or another, I've had my finger Marin property, whether real estate, land use planning or construction. It's in the blood and possibly in the genes, as my eldest son has ventured into real estate too.

Factoid: In 1579, Sir Francis Drake, the first white man to visit Marin, was greeted not by a REALTOR®, but by the Coast Miwok Indians along the Point Reyes seashore.
