*Marin County lies south of San Francisco and north of Sonoma County. Most of Marin is owned by us, the public in some way (85%). Only 15% of all Marin real estate is available for human activity, including housing. That's why Marin real estate is so coveted and yes, expensive!
*Marin real estate encompasses some of the most breathtaking and awe inspiring topography and landscape. Views in Marin are spectacular and on any day you can see Mt. Tam, San Francisco, the Pacific Ocean and the San Francisco Bay all from one spot!
*Marin real estate varies in its climate and geography too. Why Marin real estate is even comprised of two separate tetonic plates! In the summer, you may need an overcoat in Sausalito but in Novato, you'll just need sunscreen.
